Refers to the wonderfully smooth and buoyant feeling that a male experiences when he is having sexual intercourse with a larger woman. ("Larger" refers to body shape: full-figured, curvy, chubby, or fat. In general, it does not refer to height, although women with "extra junks in their trunks" can often be as tall as, or taller than, the males trying to bone them. These women often have heavy full breasts, squishy tummies, generous buttocks, and thick thighs, all of which provide padding for the male's frenzied thrusts.)

From NBC's public service advertisements. During the short clip a celebrity personality will state some fact, followed by the ending "The More You Know" sequence.

Can be used as a sarcastic response to learning some typically useless knowledge, trivia or fact.

Bill: Its recommended to drink 6 glasses of water a day
Me: "The more you know"

This phrase was originally used by Christopher Walken on SNL with Will Ferrel. He was indicating that something needs more emphasis, or literally "Needs more cowbell".
Aired on April 8th, 2000.

This is also referenced in World of Warcraft in a quest in Outland, where you escort a ghost cow.

That was pretty good but it needs more cowbell.
