A name given to a girl by family members growing up, since they never knew anyone with a bigger mouth. A name the girl wants the world to forget.

Lindsay had been called the Mouth of the south by her own family, and spent her life trying to tell other people when they should talk and when they should shut up.

Verb. In the hospitality industry, when a waiter, waitress, busser, dish washer, etc. eats food from a plate left by a customer. Also known as trash mouthing.

I saw the waiter garbage mouth a roll off the tray as he entered the kitchen.

A mouth breeder is a chick, involved in a MFF three way, that finishes off the guy orally. But, rather than swallowing the baby batter, she goes down on the other chick and spits it into her.

Someone who speaks indirectly and bowdlerizes. One who beats around the bush.

The opposite of a "mealy mouth" is a "smash mouth", someone who "tells it like it is".

ratchet mouth

When you wake up in the morning after a long night of hard core drinking and smoking and you get up and don't brush your teeth

As an example, Giggles woke up from a crazy night of drinking and smoking at a friends house (without brushing her teeth when she woke up). When she woke up she tried talking to her friend, first thing that was said was "damn you have some serious ratchet mouth!"
