Drone Poem

There is drone music, which tends to be long in time format and there are tone poems, which tend to be shorter instrumental works. Within the genre of drone music, a shorter piece with a certain relaxing feel could be considered a Drone Poem.

The new release by Drone artist "x" has shorter more relaxing works that could be considered Drone Poems.

Droneocracy

A Droneocracy is the Totalitarian version of a Technocracy where the vast majority of the entire Nations population is dehumanized into transhumans or cyborgs. This makes control over the people extremely easy and almost impossible for them to rebel or over throw their oppressors. They can be overt, but most likely would be covert trying to convince the people that they are some omnipresent God, blurring the lines between statism and any other religion. The people would lack many freedoms similar to that of Totalitarian regimes except having even less freedom. These include, but are not limited to taste, opinions, having their own unique personality, privacy of thoughts, free will, being human, sense of ones reality and being able to be tortured or killed without anyone caring or knowing possibly even having your families memories of you erased. It is the epitome of a nightmarish sadistic Dystopian future made to look like a Utopia and has even less freedom then Totalitarian Governments because they are being oppressed, censored, tortured and forced into certain careers or area's of work not only from the outside, but now from within ones own mind.

Me and a few of my friends had a long discussion about some Sci Fi books about Dystopian futures and which scenario's would be horrifying enough to make one commit suicide we all agreed on being enslaved to a Droneocracy. At least until one of my friends brought up the idea that if one person could control another persons mind just like they were no different then a mindless robot (drone) couldn't they also force you to enjoy your slavery or job regardless of what it was.
