A girl or woman who is generally very pretty but has an unattractive mouth or smile which a COVID mask hides.

James – “Did you see that girl that just passed by?”

Richard – “Yes, she is in my Math class. But she is just COVID pretty.”

James – “What?”

Richard – “Dude, you should see her without that mask. Bad teeth!”

Covid Dick

Covid Dick is a phenomena where male covid patients have reported loss in the length and girth of their penis after recovering from Covid-19. This reduction in length can be anywhere from half an inch to 3 inches in some cases. It's also been said to cause erectile dysfunction and can at times be permanent damage.
