Another way to say yes. It’s branches off of the word “yep” and is mainly used by middle schoolers, junior high kids, and the weird parents that try to be their kids best friend. There’s already plenty of ways to say yes, but this is yet another one.

John: You coming to the party at my house tonight?

John: Excuse me? What did you say?

A yapper is an uncommon but accurate word for anyone in a corporate, political, religious, authority figure that is so embroiled in what they do that they use their bullshit to convince you things are fine but infact are not. It was first used to describe the police as they love to “yap” to you instead of taking any action and it’s all bullshit what they say. Politicians for their constant “yapping” to lie to you and gain power.

“Those politicians love to yap absolute yappers I’m sick of them”. “Oh shit it’s the yappers” (police).
