A person who lives in a caravan (or if they're lucky, a shit smelling house on Marton Road), they are know for being a public nuisance, stealing things from innocent people, shops, gypsy site, property's, people's land, you name it and goes around the town of bridlington and driffield begging for money, going in fish and chip shop for free scraps and claims to be a pensioner. ANd most importantly, having a shit in other people's land and property without permission.

That fucking gypo just sat next to a horse and had a shit in my land without permission!!

Once used as a derogatory term the word gypsy is used today to describe persons of nomadic lifestyles, whatever their race or origin. It also describes a counter culture movement that idealizes exploration and art.

Modern gypsies, not to be confused with hippies often play the tambourine and perform some form of belly dance fusion/burlesque or fire dance. Many practice an earth based spirituality. They make their own clothes and wear corsets, dreadlocks and/or adorn their hair with colorful braided yarn extensions.

Gothic/Dark Gypsies may do all of the above but wear mostly black and have many tattoos.

They wrench car doors open at night, steal your cd player but leave cds on the seat as they are too feral to enjoy your music, demonstrating they are both law-breaking and ungrateful.
