People from the east end of London, where there are chavs and g's that are known for their cockney slang. They are called cockneys. The east side has pretty much a separate language, completely different to any other place and so these people are commonly called cocknys rather than Londeners
This word is better spelt coqnys / coqnies to seem less rude

A game played with roommates or otherwise in which two or more same gendered, straight people feel like getting a little frisky. Meaning these people, upon the opportunity are so desperate to get some action that they say fuck it, and fuck each other.

Roommates Sergio and Juan Miguel are sitting on opposing sofas and start to get bored. Juan Miguel spots Sergio looking un-normally . Juan Miguel, "sergio, are you sleeping?, do you want to play, bu-cocky?" The balls are now in Sergio's court, as he is in control and can take bucocky where-ever he wants.
