The form of fishing where the line is used to propell the fly to the target. Unlike standard spin fishing where weight of the lure casts itself out, in fly fishing, the line propells the fly to the target because the line makes the tip of the rod bend, allowing the fly to reach its target in a well presentation. Unlike in spin fishing where most of the lures are made of wood, plastic, or metal, in fly fishing, the flies are made of synthetics, feathers, and other natural materials.
