Street Clique

A small (usually 5–15 homies), tight-knit group that reps a specific block, corner, or neighborhood. Usually made up of young hustlers or locals (ages 12–24) with shared ties — not always deep in crime, but definitely street-oriented. More like a crew of friends with street instincts than a full-on gang.
“That street clique from around the way always got a roll — them boys really bout that paper, I can’t lie.” — Local in the Hood

This apartment is a mixed bag. It's in the cheap streets, but it's within walking distance to work.

Street Floater

When you live in a neighborhood where parking is woefully inadequate, you are often loathe to leave a spot, especially if it is close enough to your house to keep you from having to walk forever to get back. Leaving is a challenge, because it is no guarantee that the space or ANY will be there when you return. A Street Floater is leaving a space for a certain stretch of time, and returning to the same spot. The floating aspect, is essentially the parking space you left, it is floating in existence until your return to claim it. Note, it isn't a street floater if someone saves the space for you, leaves the space as you return, or if you block the space in any way shape or form to preserve it for later. These actions, while prudent, are not keeping in the spirit of the street floater.
I drove down to taco bell because it was late and I was starving, and when I got home I busted a MAAAAAAAAAD Street floater. the same spot was all clear when I got back.

Or,

I thought I found a street floater but it turned out to be a Spot Tease. That damn neighbor parked in between two spots again.

Monsters Are Due On Maple Street

An epidemic of fear and paranoia in reference to an episode of The Twilight Zone of the same name. The episode is about a hypothetical alien invasion.
The host of Pod Save America used the expression in reference to a Chinese spy balloon and the hysterics that followed.
"The Chinese send a balloon over here and we all go crazy! It’s a real Monsters Are Due On Maple Street vibe."

Street Sweeper

That decent looking bro in the squad (typically above a 7 in looks) who for some unknown reason enjoys engaging in sexual relationships with ugly women (4’s and below). The term likens them to ‘street sweeper’ machines used by garbage collectors to clean the streets of dirt and debris. These bros often have an ‘ugly girl fetish’ or lack the confidence to go to higher ranks.
Mark: Damn, Nick was a real street sweeper last night at the rave.
Jack: Yeah, that chick was clapped.
