Red fisher is a punk band that got it start in the late 80s in the Peg. Their sound was skate rock punk, played at 'all ages' venues as half their fans were 15 year old SK8ers, hated mosh pits despite having 1000+ people beat each other during their sets and anchored their set with the song J-A-B-B-A Jabba the Hut which for some strange reason EVERYONE in the crowd knew all the lyrics and sang along. They played with some of Punk rocks greats like All, the Descendants, SNFU, The Doughboys and Dag Nasty, Sloan (during their early music phase) but never achieved commercial success. The best part about the band was their cover art on their albums which resulted in everyone getting the same tattoo on their right shoulder.
