Often used on stan twitter, meaning suspended. Stan twitter users often get their accounts permanently suspended after saying offensive things or tweeting tweets that violate the community rules and guidelines. Users that get suspended often tweet a screenshot of their suspended account with a random picture and ask their mutuals to retweet their post to help them find their old mutuals from their suspended account.
