Gaining extra money from the short changing of residents of Dickoslavakia. Often includes removal of pounds into a jar or other receptacle. Requires a sound effect and possible finger tapping in order to be considered a true Skank.
Saying "and that's £7.79 change thanks" and actually giving the idiot £6.79 in order to fund holidays car repairs and new electrical appliances is Skanking
