Used in place of the word "real" when it is mistaken for the word "really". Most commonly used to mock those who ignorantly use "real" when "really" is correct. Usually stressed for distinction and intensity.

My friend and I ordered pizza, and it was rull good. (Should be: "My friend and I ordered pizza, and it was really good.")
