So ridiculously drunk that you feel like screaming is the only way anyone will hear you, or when your singing voice is the most beautiful thing you've ever heard, when in reality you're missing every note. Other examples include pissing in public, being promiscuous, passing out, throwing up, so on. See also inebriated, smashed, hammered, shitfaced, etc.

Did you guys see Michael the other night? He was so fuckin belligerent that he was pissing all over a Uhaul truck!

Bellini is a funny, caring , nice and werid person. They tend to seem very rude and emotionless the first time you meet them but that is a just a wall they put up. Bellini originates from the word Bella meaning beautiful in many languages. Bellini is also a pretty chill person she gets a long with almost everybody but only lets her guard down to certain people. Bellini also tends to be a badass and can be sexy as hell sometimes.

Belligeriot

A belligeriot refers to an individual who aggressively and belligerently expresses themselves in social interactions as a complete fucking retard. Often easily expressed through questionable actions (i.e. Drinking at hours), questionable attire (i.e. wife beaters in winter), and misusing words in a feeble attempt to sound intellectual (i.e. can you "populate" this spreadsheet?).

He was a belligeriot. He came in half in the bag, screaming that he didn't even know how to turn on a computer!
