Kankel Toe

The process whereby the female pubus region becomes enlarged due to obesity (BMI >=85%), so much so that the labia major/minor supersedes 'camel-toe' status and comes in close contact/proximity of the ankle skin normally pre-defined as 'kankels.'

She was so 'large and in charge' that when hitting the sidewalk on-ramp at Wal-Mart, onlookers were graced with an eyeful of kankel toe.
