Ham sandwich moment 

The point in a House M.D. episode where Dr. Gregory House solves the puzzle and finds the one missing piece that saves the patient's life. It usually occurs the minute a patient is about to die, resulting in House bursting into the room, making an incision, pull out a live animal (sometimes), and curing the patient of their affliction.

This was named for the Pilot episode and episode 314 (Insensitive) in which a ham sandwich provoked the moment.

House Fan 1: "Why does he keep looking at the hair behind her ear?"

House Fan 2: "Oh, this is it! The ham sandwich moment!"

House Fan 1: "Look at that, the cheap hair color solution she used had chemicals that mimicked hormones, which caused her to be sick."

BUST A MOVE MOMENT 

When a Person usually Hyper or Loud, or just plain a little "out there" Has the sudden urge do bust a move... or in other words do some kind of sick dance move in a random situation like a grocery store or school.

Mom -> Emma what are you doing

Emma -> BUSTING A MOVE

Mom -> ohh was it a bust a move moment

Emma -> Totally

That really awkward moment when you accidentally touch your buddy's hand, ass or other sensitive area while walking.

senior moment 

A time where a high school/college senior realize that they are a senior of their school, and will soon be moving on to other things in the very near future. Usually occurs at the end of the school, and signs include photography, group discussions, and crying.

Kristin had a senior moment when she took out a camera to take a picture of all of her school friends.

when you suddenly decide, after several episodes of your reality show have already filmed and aired, that you don't want your children to be filmed any longer. a la Jason Mesnick and his son Ty on the bachelor wedding last night.

Jason says, "...we have decided he shouldn't appear on camera anymore." "OMG, how lame. He totally had a Gosselin moment."
