Turkish Drive by

When a Turkish man, often with a mischievous or playful intent, rolls down his car window and—without warning—performs an impulsive and unexpected act of lewdness, typically involving ejaculate, aimed at unsuspecting passersby or parked cars.

Example: "Yo, did you hear what happened on 5th street yesterday? Someone pulled a full-on Turkish drive by right in front of the cafe!"
