It's literally "I know, right?" but written with an accent by a british girl. Not used in its original way, as an agreement, but rather as an "I know I'm right" way.

British girls pronounce "I know, right?" as "Ano roigh." but it isn't meant as "do you agree?" it's rather "I know I'm right, stfu."
