Zoom Stalk

when you’re working remotely (through a pandemic) and miss your coworkers so much that you stalk their calendars and drop in on their zoom calls.

After a long day of meetings, I love to zoom stalk my coworkers calendars and drop into their calls as if I was invited.

(Just to pretend like I’m walking by a meeting room or their desks to say hello)

n. the louder-than-normal voice you use during video calls or conference calls. speaking with your zoom voice for extended periods wears your voice out faster than you might expect for just "being on a call." refers to Zoom, the video conferencing application that became even more widely popular during the covid-19 pandemic and widespread shelter-in-place of 2020.

I've been using my zoom voice in meetings all morning and now I need a cough drop.
