Hoppa

A Japanese term for people who are half Asian and half white. It means Half in Japanese. Usually, they have big, almond brown or hazel eyes. North-Asian Hoppas are pale, whereas Southeast-Asian Hoppas are extremely tan. Many have freckles.

"Dude, you can tell she's hoppa! Big, almond eyes and freckles."

A band that used to be really good, but then decided to go the way of making radio-friendly rock/emo songs with their new cd "A Types". Before A Types was relased, it could be argued that hopesfall was invariably one of the most unique bands in hardcore. Now they've gone the way of Underoath, Hawthorne Heights, The Ataris, etc, basically any shitty band you can think of that has their shirts hanging at hot topic.

13 year old girl:Hey, have you heard hopesfall? I picked up A Types, its the best ever!
Me: No it's shitty. Listen to their CD "The Satellite Years", and "No Wings to Speak of", chump.

bunny hopping

A common glitch quake players could exploit due to poor coding, (back in the older games) that made them harder to hit, as well as allowed them to move faster. Similar glitches are strafe running, and "skiing"(Tribes games 1 and 2) These all move faster than simply walking due to either intentional or unintentional means.

Steve bunny hopped across the map. The noobs on the server were astounded by this feat of bunny hopping.
