stoplight fartlek

A form of cross-country training originally from Sweden, but adapted to a city environment. Like traditional backcountry fartlek, stoplight fartlek involves changing the tempo of the run, except instead of instinctually changing pace, the speed is governed by traffic and lights.

a small fart often not thought to be worth mentionning, but can sometimes be followed through, resulting excremishing or a fartleberry.

there are never really examples as they are not often spoken of, unless resulting in a follow through, one may be on the bus and be confronted by a fellow human being who will say something along these lines
"'psst. man I need help, you know that smell...well I though it was a fartle, but seems there was more to it than that...you don't 'appen to 'ave a spair pair of undies do you?"

1.A derivitive of 'fumble' only with an 'a' instead of 'u'
when one 'fumbles or 'fambles' they are generally cutting up or messing up.

1. Tell J.A.H. to stop 'fambling' with that spliff and roll it already!!

2. You should have seen how J.A.H. looked like such a 'famble' when he was dropping his beer.
