Dumpster Children

Badly dressed, mousy, dirty, grubby, loud, obnoxious, little children with poor speaking skills and the tendency to have snot running down their faces. They are the result of parents not giving a shit and letting them run around doing whatever the hell they want. They can sometimes stink.
