motherhood statement

A platitude verbal contribution to a group, to show you are alpha, but has little or no value, and provides no constructive solution, only talk. Manager that have no skills, but have a well paid position, often do the mother statement talk. Who else can waste the time of experts and not be chastised for it?

Appointed Boss-man: We cannot go forward with these production inefficiencies.

Engineer: Thanks for that motherhood statement, we're golden now!

STATE-BEEF is the amount of muscle a prison inmate packs on by lifting weights in the prison yard while serving out a prison sentence.

Wow! That dude was never that big before he went to prison...Now he's huge...He must have packed on 30lbs of state-beef lifting weights in the yard while he was down.

bully state

A variation of the police state where a police force acts more as bullies than police. A typical bully will pick on people that he/she knows to have no problem picking on without fear of retaliation but shying away from "someone your own size." In a bully state, police officers have absolutely no trouble cracking down on truly trivial matters, especially "victimless crimes" such as: 90% of misdemeanors (MIPs, pissing in public, use of mild drugs, "open containers"), more than half of all traffic violations (speeding within the 5-10mph "cushion", running a yellow light, etc), however when it comes to matters truly relevant or life endangering, they hesitate to crack down or have a "protocol" involving a heavy bureaucracy that makes it not worth it

my house gets taken over by Crips but the police don't do jack shit! I drive with an empty beer bottle in my trunk left there by my MOM because it fell out of the bag of bottle deposit bottles? I get a fucking misdemeanor! This is no police state, it's a fucking BULLY state!

Post-Baked Cognitive State

A term originating between Canadian health science students who are also stoners. It's the state roughly 3 hours following the last toke. The initial high is gone, but the thc level is still high enough for some after-effects. Doesn't last more than a few hours. Symptoms are tiredness, extreme tranquility and relaxation, a need to eat healthy.

Guy1 - "Dude you look tired, late night?"
Guy 2 - "Nah I'm just in a post-baked cognitive state"
Guy1 - "I know it well, wanna go get some herbal tea?"
Guy 2 - "Hells yea"
