A Barbeque where the hostess has so severly under-catered for the amount of people coming that there is never enough food provided; you end up being so hungry you have to get take-out on the way home.

At Nina's annual barbeque, Nina only supplied one sausage or hamburger per person, so it wasn't really a barbeque it was a starve-a-que.

puta que pariu

Brasilian expression that can be used as an expletive, like "puta que pariu, to atrasado!" - fuck, I'm late!
Can also mean something similar to "go fuck yourself" - "vá pra puta que pariu".
Literally means "(to) the whore who had you (or it)".
Another meaning is somewhere too far away: "fica lá na puta que pariu..." - "it's fucking far away..."

Puta que pariu, eu detesto esse cara! - Hell, I hate that guy!

A casa do cara é lá na puta que pariu! - the bud's house is fucking far away!

Quer saber? Cansei, vá pra puta que pariu!
- You know what? I'm tired, go fuck yourself!

FC Barcelona's slogan. It means "more than a club" in Catalan and expresses the commitment that Futbol Club Barcelona has maintained and still maintains beyond what belongs in the realm of sport. It originated due to Barça's continuous support for Catalan sentiments and defense for their culture, especially during the hardships under their dictatorships.

Yuppie-Que

Similar to barbecue, but involves foods with a metrosexual slant. Some items have maybe a mango chutney, herb-dill marinade, rare meats, or in particular, no meats at all (i.e. grilled peppers)

My boss invited me over and had some gay-ass Yuppie-Que. Stuff tasted like a homeless guy's ass.
