When a person wears a face mask or face covering covering below their nose and mouth, rendering them positively useless. Plague Bibs are generally seen on people who are skirt a mask regulation, but also worn for those who want to have their mask handy to pull up when someone approaches. Synonym: "chin diaper" which was coined on"South Park" Season 24, Ep 1 "The Pandemic Special
