its another word for a young lady. I made up this term some months ago and can refer to an adult female between the ages of 18 to 39, given they are youthful looking.

Look at that fine young lady serving us. She is what I would like to call an 'adult girlie. She could not be far past 21, as she is serving us beer.

A Lana Girlie is someone who religiously listens to Lana Del Rey's music, and typically dresses in a coquette/dollette aesthetic. Probably owns the book 'Girl, Interrupted" by Susanna Kaysen.

Person 1: Woah, that girl is so pretty!
Person 2: Dude, she's a coquette Lana girlie. Major red flag.
