An individual in a service position - typically wait staff - who is unable to speak more than two sentences without using the phrase "you guys". Regardless of the gender of their audience, the phrase spouts from their mouth as an uncontrollable geyser of obsequiousness.

Waiter:
Hi you guys! Welcome to Noname's Bar and Grill. How are you guys doing? What would you guys like to start with for a beverage? Let me take a minute to tell you guys about our specials - I know you guys are just going to love them all!
