a variation of the dirty sanchez,with the only difference being instead of just smearing the feces covered thumb straight across the upper lip of the recipient, you carefully give a flick, or snap of the fingers pulling upwards at the end of the "moustache", thus giving the appearance of a smirking cartoon villian.

I sneezed when I gave my girlfriend a dirty sanchez... I guess she got the villiano instead.
