Utica 

A city in Central New York. A very diverse area- full of Italians, Polish, and refuges. To many outsiders it is a run down, and awful area. In fact, the Utica area is full of things to do and has great character. Some areas are run down, but others are full of life. The area is known for its great food. tomato pie, half moons, and chicken riggies. Many fantastic cafés with delectable pastry’s are popular in the area, and are typically buzzing with customers. Home to the FX Matt Brewery (Saranac Brewery).

A poorly run town full of Citybillies in upstate NY where corruption and incompetence rule.
They can only talk about the mediocre local foods.

Uticans are desperate to pretend they're "up and coming" and will soon be "on the map!"

They live in the past because there is no future there.

"I'd rather find a drug rehab and shove my head in the sharpies bin!"

Utica 

City in upstate new york. Hollllaaaa ..... Close to the mountains. Also called the second chance city b/c of the large refugee population; bosnian somalian iraqi. Split into four parts north utica is white, west utica is black, east utica is bosnian and off the boat italians. Lots of polish. All it got is redic foods and a large drug problem. Crack addicts have taken over! Corn Hill is known for prostitutes and dirty run down crack houses. Not the safest place to be at night, taken a turn for the worse. only famous person to come out of Utica is "i love Ny".

Lets go to utica.

utica 

a small city in central new york that despite what people think is not a hick town. there are no cows and no farms. we do speak with an accent but we PRONOUNCE "l"s but we flatten our "a"s. just because half the city is of italian heritage doesnt make it an italian city. the other half is Polish.

East Utica is Italian, West Utica is Polish

utica 

A city in Upstate New York. My grandfather lives there. It is a very Italian town, I think that gives it charecter, but you can come up with your own conclusions about that. Utica is an all american town. For such a small city (about 60,000) it has a lot of interesting things about it, utica sausauge, utica pizza. It's a decent place.

Utica is between Syracuse and Albany

A city in Central New York. Can be found on the Top 400 Up and Coming Cities in America list. Brews the worlds finest lager, Utica Club. Though the cultural mecca of New York, Uticans are not familiar with the upstate term "steamed hams."
