To make up a word to describe something that never happened, most likely never will happen, nor has actually happened to anybody.

Used most often to make fun of people who have never seen a girl, but use faux urban dialect and made up words to seem savvy.

describes both outrageous and seemingly mundane words that "actual dictionaries" claim don't exist, but are however defined on urban dictionary.

girl- "hey, is beardedness a word? it's not in the dictionary."
boy-"did you check if it's urbandictionariable?"
girl -"ya, it didnt have it."
boy- "then its not a word"
