Trigonometry

Torturous math for people obsessed with triangles. Also known as Trig, it is often taught along courses such as, Algebra 1&2, Geometry and many Calculus courses. Trig is also known to have rage-inducing actions, as frustration is fairly common. Boredom is easily reachable in math, but trig is extremely close to the top. I mean, how obsessed could you be with triangles! Anyway, Trig can cause confusion symptoms, and anger issues, dizziness, and lack of sleep. After a long day of school, it is easily washed off by video games or instruments, or something enjoyable. Make sure you keep pushing hard through these courses, and you may have a fulfilling life.

trigonometry baby

A baby who holds all the secrets about triangles, often times used by NASA. Unfortunately no one cares about triangles because they are not round. He was therefore cast into the ocean for all of eternity.
I drove my car to NASA where all the astronauts were takin the SAT's then I ran into the room and shouted "bad news space men, god is real and math is for lunatics. I'm going to throw the trigonometry baby into the ocean"

Elliptical Trigonometry

The Elliptical Trigonometry is an original study introduced by Claude Ziad Bayeh in 2004 and it is published by WSEAS Journal transaction on Mathematics. It is the general case of the traditional trigonometry. The concept of the Elliptical Trigonometry is completely different from the traditional trigonometry in which the study of angles is not the relation between sides of a right triangle that describes a circle as the previous one, but the idea here is to use the relation between angles and sides of an ellipse form with the internal and external circles formed by the intersection of the ellipse form and the positive parts of x’ox and y’oy axis in the Euclidian 2D space and their projections. This new concept of relations opened a huge gate in the mathematical domain and it can resolve many complicated problems that are difficult or almost impossible to solve with the traditional trigonometry. The main advantage of this new trigonometry is that it can describe a huge number of multi form periodic signals by varying 2 parameters which are not possible with the traditional trigonometry. It has huge applications such as Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Signal Processing and all topics related to the trigonometry.
The Elliptical Trigonometry contains 32 principle functions, the main important functions are Ejes (Elliptic Jes) which is the general case of cosine (traditional trigonometry) and Emar (Elliptic Mar) which is the general case of sine (traditional trigonometry).

Important signals obtained using the function "Ejes":

Impulse train with positive and negative part, elliptic deflated, quasi-triangular, sinusoidal, elliptical swollen, square signal, rectangular signal, impulse train (positive part only), rectified elliptic deflated, saw signal, rectified elliptical swollen, continuous signal…

Advance Algebra and Trigonometry is a high-school course that allows students to further strengthen their algebra skills and study trigonometry before enrolling in a precalculus course. It a standard college-preparatory course and is generally reccomended for students who have passed Algebra 2 with below a B- (80%).

This course incorporates several topics, including linear equations, absolute value, functions, polynomials, factoring, rational expressions, radicals, complex numbers, quadratics, exponential functions, logarithmic functions, right triangle trigonometry, circular trigonometry, trigonometric identities, graphs of trigonometric functions.

A textbook generally suggested for this course is Intermediate Algebra by Larson, Hostetler, and Edwards.
Last year, I had to enroll in Advanced Algebra and Trigonometry because I had a C in Algebra 2; this course, due to its weighting, brought down my GPA (grade point average) significantly.
