Splitting a bill or vacation cost with a series of quid pro quoes. Not as accurate as splitting bills, but less stressful.

Trebling

An old(er) person that's annoying you (i.e. bothering, pestering, and/or harassing you), used only in a derogatory sense. This has dated back to 2020 when it first started being used against the elderly.

This trebling wouldn't stop yelling at me at work today.
