Just like a snitch ,it is someone who tells of another person continuously. But snitchy means a dirty man who is evil and is also a snitch.

Someone who secrectly follows you around in order to catch you doing something awry. He then doscloses said information so he is trusted more by a person or persons.
My boy said, he saw snitchie peeking around the corner when he was taking a leak in the bosses pot of fresh brewed coffee.
