A place where 2 or more people (usually smoking buddies or smoking groups smoke)

Normally a gazebo or a shaded area known to all members of the group.

Andrew : "Hey Joseph's my broseph, I just got a dub sack from LA and and a few XL swishers, join me brother"
Joe : "You know it man!"
Andrew : "Ok What's the SKIMMYDOOTLE of choice today?"
Joe : "I'm feeling either Cassi's, or the bathroom"

A word that can be used in almost any situation and as any part of speach as an exclaimation of enjoyment. but it is mainly used to describe a non-extant being.... the skimmy or the skimmies. These "things" tend to preform a action called "yow"ing.
