Sepuku

A ritual suicide practiced by samurai in Japan, usually because he has brought shame and dishonor to himself. This might have resulted from failing to protect his master, or otherwise breaking the code of bushido, "the way of the warrior". The soon-to-be-deceased kneels with a short sword in both hands, and disembowels himself. Immediately after this, the sepuku assisant, known as the kaishakunin or "second", beheads the person with a sword. The ritual goes into great detail about washing and dressing, last words, etc.

The disgraced samurai was asked to commit sepuku by his superiors.

Seepin'

Seepin' - Refers to a woman's vagina seeping menstrual fluids through a tampon that is ineffective. During this time which is known as a "period" a woman will tend to be bitchy, stubborn, and easily aggravated. Telling someone they are seepin' whether it be male or female is telling them that they are acting as if they were on their period.

Example 1

Boy 1, "Hey Girl 1 stop seepin'!"
Girl 1, "What the hell does that even mean?"
Boy 1, "Aw gross! She's seepin all over the floor!"
Boy 2, "Yeah Girl 1 is such a bitch she's definetly seepin'"

Girl 2, "Yeah kind of, you've been bitchy all day"

Seppuku

Honorable suicide commited by Samurai after they have shamed themselves or are failed their masters. Samurai could be ordered to commit suicide by their lords (Daimyo)
The samurai would disembowel himself, and when the pain got to be too much to where he might shame himself, his second would decapitate him.
