A term used when someone is being a 'Srcrub' more or less in a dumbfounded situation or event.

Determined a scrub when being found guilty of being a complete idiot/failure at life.

Person A : Wow you're such a retard.
Person B : I'm a retard? why?
Person A : Yeah you are. Anyone can do that.
Person B : Then you are Scrubbly Wubbly because I can do it better.

Peggy Schuyler

Peggy Schuyler was one of the Schuyler Sisters. She is loyal to her father, and is very kind. She was not in Act 2 of Hamilton because she had died....so to all the people who wanted her there...she died....in Take a Break when they sung “Angelica, Eliza, ___ The Schuyler Sisters!” The pause was to honor Peggy Schuyler! She is my favorite character! Peggy Schuyler’s real name is Margarita “Peggy” Schuyler. She is the best!!

Father: PEGGY SCHUYLER!
Peggy: Yes father?

Father: Go tell Angelica and Eliza not to go downtown!
Peggy: Yes daddy!

Scrub city is the time duration between the hours of 4 and 7 pm when a majority of the scrub aka noob population are allowed to play videogames before dinner and after homework is finished. A helpful hint to gamebattles players: schedule matches during scrub city hours for free wins!!!!!
