When the eyebrows are very heavily drawn in with a black eye pencil, giving the appearance of two small furry animals crawling across the forehead.
Favoured by Scouse WAGS and wannabes.

Scouse eyebrows are typically sported by Star Trek's Dr.Spock, Fisher Price Weeble dolls , and of course the cast of Desperate Scousewives.

Scouse chuck 

An act in which a person, upon entering a shower and suddenly have an urge to defecate, craps into their hand and throws it across the bathroom into the toilet, rather than leaving the shower.

"I was already in the shower, so I just scouse chucked it. I figured if it went in then it went in, but if it missed, well, I was going to leave the shower to crap anyway - may as well chance it. As it happened it I landed the shot, but it hit the backboard."
