A person who likes to wear high heels at home, but is too shy to do it in public. Also consumes an extraordinary amount of narcotics, resulting in lethargic and unpredictable behavior.

That guy is a Scheibelein. You can tell by his lethargic and unpredictable behavior, and I saw him wearing high heels through his window once.
