A literal garbage human that has massive amounts on unearned wealth by buying up a retail of its stock of a specific item (whether it be game consoles, PC components or Pokemon cards) and resell them at a ridiculously high price
Scalpers became the bane of everyone's existence when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, as Scalpers started to use custom made bots to buy the stocks of PS5s, XBOX Series X and Series X before everyone else does, not to mention buy up boxes of McDonald's exclusive Pokemon cards before Mickey D's had the chance to plant them into happy meals
However as of this article's writing, the modern day Scalper gets away with this trashy foolishness as Scalping is only illegal if they scalp tickets to sports events and other live events

Billy: Hi gang, i just got this sweet computer
Friend 1: Where did you get it?
Billy: StockX (THE Website that encouraged the Scalper movement as it is now)
Friend 2: Mate, you got hosed - We got ours at retail price
*Billy goes on road to be hit by a semi truck after realizing his fuck up*

Scalpers are illegal online individuals who can be the bane of your existence at a time of popularity surging items.
In an act of anti-consumerism, scalpers go through illegal and policy bending routes to buy products in insane amounts of bulk with digital softwares such as bots before the product is even months away from release. Then, in a fruitful attempt to gain money through unofficial means, they sell company items for twice the price and have their listings on seller-acceptable websites.
Those with a large amount of inventory through illegal measures have their items on online listing, and when consumers cannot turn to official methods of getting their product, they lie in wait, hoping that a desperate buyer would have no choice but to submit to their prices, which are normally about 2-3 times higher than company price.
While scalpers are mostly to blame for the shortage of products in the online era, retailers are also to blame. Some retail workers are scalpers or spies themselves for one. Two, online retailers do absolutely nothing in their power to defend against bots. Some, like Best Buy, have taken some security measures to allow 5 minute windows when something is in stock, as well as 1 per buyer, but it's still not enough to counter scalpers. Websites like the famous Amazon and eBay allow for scalpers to show off their ridiculous listings.

A frocking bitch that buys products at the instant it is out for pre-order or sale.
The sort of person that you don’t know but want to kill because they stole what could of been some ones GPU, PS5 or CE.

Tim: Hey Jim! Kim's got so much money to spend, any idea how he got it?
Jim: Kim is a dirty scalper, we don't talk to Kim anymore

Another word for recruiter; a form of subhuman primate who either stays unevolved and works for himself trying to find positions for companies too cheap to find their own employees, or becomes a bit more humanoid and goes to work for a corporation big enough to find their own employees. The most prominent characteristic of recruiters is their lack of truthfulness (how can you tell when a recruiter is lying; whenever the lips move).

An individual of low moral fiber who buys up "it" toys and sells them online for an exorbitant price.
I wanted to buy my little girl a Monster High doll for her birthday but when I got to the store, I found that they had been bought out by toy scalpers!
