RationalTruth

Quite an ironic name for the user. He shows his clear misinformation and obsession with atheists in his definitions. I could sit here and pick his argument apart piece by piece, but I have too much of a life to be able to waste my time on such hateful jokes.

Just let me clarify: atheists never said that everything comes out of nothing. They just say that the universe always existed in its current form, or that it existed in another form. And yes, that does make sense because even the Higgs Boson confirms that there was a singularity.

The best part about him is that he goes on to talk about how atheists are almost all "atheist losers" and in all of the words that he defines, he completely bashes them and then says that atheists are the bigoted and hateful ones lmfaoooo! XD
"RationalTruth" is an example of a misnomer.

Oh, and by the way, Hitler did not persecute Christians, genius. Not for their beliefs. The individuals that were persecuted were the ones who did not follow Germany's Christianity hard enough.

Nor was Hitler an atheist. Stalin was an atheist, yes, but Hitler hated and wanted to crush Stalin and his regime lol. In fact, he WAS a Christian and used the mass power of the Catholics and Protestants to get what he wanted... his aversion to homosexuality, belief on women being the caregivers who should stay at home and have many kids (BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY), and antiSemitism were ALL Christian motivated, helped along and advanced by Christianity (and Islam too, in the German units in North Africa), so please check your facts before you spew bullshit out of your mouth :)

Rationalwikism

Rationalwikism is a left-wing liberal, neoatheist, materialist, positivist and nihilistic ideology that seeks to attack everyone that is not left-wing liberal nor atheist. Mainly focused on spiritual people, occult people, supernaturals/mythicals, far left-wing and right-wing people. It is also characterized by the abuse of the terms such as "pseudoscience" and "pseudo(put the name of a subject here)" in a way you cannot even know the original meaning of the word. Rationalwikism cames from RationalWiki, and it can also be referred as Irrationalwikism.
"Rationalwikism should be countered, mainly by non-liberal leftists and by spiritual-supernatural people, but is is unlikely since they cannot even organize their own wiki with a SEO bigger than rationalwiki one."

"Rationalwikism shows that all social groups can have its own wiki and talk about everything they want, mainly about politics, religion, science, spirituality and supernaturality."

"I would like a left-wing supernaturalist version of RationalWiki for counter rationalwikism... But it is unlikely since we do not have enough left-wing supernaturalists for accomplish this."

Rational Hedonism

A modern, growing Religion based on enjoying the pleasures of this life, now, instead of holding out for a hoped-for heaven after you're dead and it's too late.

Rational Hedonism is a religion revolving around the individual, and the belief that Your world revolves around You.

Rational Hedonism believes in indulging in the things you enjoy, but with responsibility; ie: sex is great, STDs and unwanted pregnancy is not ... following your desires, dreams is cool, going to prison because of it is not.

rational expectations hypothesis

*noun*; a method of representing the economy as the sum of many identical individuals and firms, each represented by a system of mathematical equations. The Rational Expectations Hypothesis (REH) takes its name from the premise that economic actors, i.e., everyone, do not make consistent errors about the present or future behavior of markets.

REH was devised mainly as a rebuke to Keynesian economics, and in particular, the strategy of fiscal policy or monetary policy.

According to the REH, fiscal policy does not alter aggregate demand because the "average" person recognizes that her lifetime income is not increasing--so she needs to save rather than spend the stimulus money, in anticipation of higher taxes in the future.

At the same time, monetary policy does not work because it relies on lowering interest rates to make more money available; more money means inflation, but people have to be deceived into thinking prices for their product are going up, so they will expand production. According to REH, people or firms will figure this out, and see increased demand as mere inflation. Instead of increasing output and employment, they'll want to raise prices so they can meet their future bills.

According to REH, both monetary and fiscal policy rely on illusions to work; and since people (on average) will make rational estimates o the future, they will defeat these illusions.
The rational expectations hypothesis states that we can break the realization of a return into an expected return that depends on the current information set and an unexpected component that depends only on new information.
