Peeves

Peeves is the Hogwarts poltergeist. Everyone hates him. He floats through the corridors reeking havoc. Argus Filch, the Hogwarts caretaker, has been trying to get him thrown out of the castle for a long time. He will only listen to The Bloody Baron, the Slytherin ghost.

peevee is short slang name for a stimulant drug MDPV, aka "monkey dust", "double penetrator", "ivory wave".
