A combination of the words "optimal" and "ultimate" used by some high tier players in Dragon Ball FighterZ when performing a super "saucy" combo. Hence the word combination.

- "I can't believe he used Ultra Instinct Goku to completely bait the opponent and be cool in the progress"
- "Yeah, he's such a 'optimate' player.

The act of pleasuring yourself under your desk at work while a worker of the opposite sex attempts to discuss work related items on the other side.

Obviously this should only be done with desks that block the view of what you are doing.

Whenever that hot little number walks into my office with her shirt open and cleavage hanging out I have to otismathis myself for 20 minutes until I get some relief.
