The part of California that would be turned into Jefferson if California was split into 6 states. Mostly empty and the middle of nowhere. Actually has cold weather and snow. The northern parts of it have winter for 6 months. This is the part of California where Mount Shasta is.
A mix of hippies and rednecks live here. It's more like a mix of Oregon and Nevada than part of California. The Northstate is only technically but not really part of California because no one in the rest of California has heard of it and the news/weather reports for it always come from Oregon or Nevada.
