Get the nofap mug.The idea that one can become stronger and better themselves by abstaining from porn and masturbation (possibly arousal as well). Personally NoFap has worked for me wonders. I am currently at 92 days, and although I do not have “superpowers” my mind is much clearer, and I feel more motivated to eat healthy, go to the gym, and daytrade.
