nechama- the center of the hock, the life of all parties, the coolest of the cool, the midmo girl who pulls a michlalah, and the sweetest girl you will ever meet. if you have a nechama around you gotta spend all your time with her because shes just so mushy! she's the kind of girl who never studies but randomly gets straight As. nechamas always a little late on the trends but we love her anyways. nechama may be a bit ditsy but she will do anything for a friend. you will always see her with a modox chip bag clip falling out of her stick straight blondish hair, applying aquaphor (NOT carmex), NOT showering, and flexing.

Nechama

A trashy trashy immature boi. Nechama's often have brown eyes and hair. If you ever meet a Nechama consider yourself lucky. It's like finding half of a 100$ bill and not being able to find the other so you can't cash in on it, but it's always there to remind you. Nechama probably plays embarassing and stupid little kids games.

Person 1: Hey I met a Nechama yesterday!

Person 2: Wow cool! I wish I was there :(

Nechaev

Nihilistic anarchist who may have coined the phrase "the will to destroy is a creative urge". During a brief association with Bakunin, a number of pamphlets appeared which may have been written by either or both of them, most famously "Catechism of a Revolution". The two soon fell out because Bakunin was not really a nihilist.

Nechaev's ideal was for revolutionaries to be utterly ruthless and prepared to take any action, however apparently immoral, which would further their cause (a bit like politicians, in other words).

Exiled from Russia after being accused of murdering a political associate; eventually deported to Russia and killed by the state.

To "do a Nechaev" is to act nihilistically. Most often used along the lines of, "I wasn't feeling like doing a Nechaev" (i.e. not feeling like extreme self-sacrifice and escalation).
