Almost speaks for itself; a mixture of maximum and minimum. Describes the level of effort put into a task. A characteristic of an effort put fourth that was strong in some categories and weak in others.

Maxism

The belief that all people named Max, no matter who they are, are inferior than other people. These people are typically known as "Maxists", and may attempt to send hate speeches or violent threats towards any and all people named Max.

This also extends to people with a name that has "Max" in it. i.e: Maxwell, Maximus, Maxine, etc.

Guy 1: "You never told me, how was Dan's party?"
Guy 2: "Dude, I went to the party with my brother, and this guy came up and started yelling at him. Apparently he's maxist."
Guy 1: "Damn, I'm sorry bro. It's sad that maxism is still an issue these days."
