Used to describe a man who used to be cute, then totally screwed himself up with frightful plastic surgery.

The veterinarian that my family has used since I was little used to be kinda cute. Just saw him the other day. Good God!!! He has overdone hairplugs, the falsest teeth you've ever seen and the worst facelift in history, he Mickey Rourked himself.
