A snowboarder. Due to not having poles like skiers, snowboarder tend to let their arms hang at their sides and virtually 'drag' them along the ground. Hence the term 'Knuckle dragger'. This is the abbreviated version.

That knucky almost took that skier out because he can only see half of where he's going!
