A scenario in which you attempt to dye your hair one color (i.e. blonde) but then the box has a tube with a completely different color in it (i.e. black) a complete screw up by the company manufacturer; the end result is looking like a total fool

Eleanor: "I know, the wrong color tube was in the dye box, and now I have green hair!! I look like a freak!"
