He served as one of the 3 lead guitarists in Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac. The band consisted of Peter Green-Guitar, Danny Kirwan-Guitar, Jeremy Spencer-Guitar and Slide, John McVie-Bass, and Mick Fleetwood-Drums. They were primarily a blues band until Green's departure, Kirwan and Spencer as the frontmen, eventually Kirwan and Spencer left the band and it became that poppy Stevie Nicks garbage that everyone knows today.
